With its press release published on October 23, 2023, Sanofi, WhiteLab Genomics, the TaRGeT laboratory of Nantes University and the Institut Imagine are launching the WIDGeT project, to accelerate the development of AAV-based gene therapies by developping next-generation AAV vectors through artificial intelligence. This consortium is financially supported by the France 2030 plan operated by Bpifrance.
